This Privacy Policy explains how Nonolu collects and uses personal data when you browse the site, sign in, or purchase a script.

1. Information we collect

We collect the email address you provide for password-free sign-in, purchase and license records, order identifiers, payment status, price and currency, and support messages you send us. We also process your IP address in a rate-limit record to protect the sign-in and payment flows from abuse.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle. Paddle provides us with the transaction information needed to confirm your purchase and deliver your license. Nonolu does not collect or store your full payment-card number, security code, or bank credentials.

3. How we use information

We use personal data to authenticate you, confirm and deliver purchases, maintain licensing records, send transactional emails, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Service providers and transfers

We use service providers to operate Nonolu, including Paddle for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and Tencent Cloud services for hosting, database storage, and secure file delivery. These providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live, subject to their own safeguards and policies.

5. Cookies and limited analytics

We use an essential, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in after you use a sign-in link. It is not used for advertising. We also use random first-party identifiers stored in your browser to count aggregated visits and page views for our store dashboard. Before storage, these identifiers are transformed into non-readable values; we do not store your email address, IP address, search terms, or full referrer URL as part of this measurement. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings. Disabling cookies or local storage may prevent access to My orders, secure downloads, or this optional measurement.

6. Retention and your choices

We keep account and order records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain licensing records, and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@nonolu.com. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or licensing purposes.
