This Privacy Policy explains how Nonolu collects and uses personal data when you browse the site, sign in, or purchase a script.
1. Information we collect
We collect the email address you provide for password-free sign-in, purchase and license records, order identifiers, payment status, price and currency, and support messages you send us. We process connection IP addresses transiently to protect sign-in and payment flows from abuse and to derive aggregated country-level traffic reporting. We do not display or retain raw visitor IP addresses in the store dashboard.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle. Paddle provides us with the transaction information needed to confirm your purchase and deliver your license. Nonolu does not collect or store your full payment-card number, security code, or bank credentials.
3. How we use information
We use personal data to authenticate you, confirm and deliver purchases, maintain licensing records, send transactional emails, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. Our internal traffic reports use country-level location and source-channel summaries only. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
4. Service providers and transfers
We use service providers to operate Nonolu, including Paddle for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and Tencent Cloud services for hosting, database storage, and secure file delivery. These providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live, subject to their own safeguards and policies.
5. Cookies and limited analytics
We use an essential, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in after you use a sign-in link. It is not used for advertising. We also use random first-party identifiers stored in your browser to count aggregated visits and page views for our store dashboard. Before storage, these identifiers and a one-way network token are transformed into non-readable values; we do not store your email address, raw IP address, search terms, or full referrer URL as part of this measurement. We may derive an approximate country from the connection IP using a locally hosted database. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings. Disabling cookies or local storage may prevent access to My orders, secure downloads, or this optional measurement.
Our short-drama discovery reports also count guide opens, engaged reading (reaching the guide end after at least 20 seconds with the page visible), related-title clicks, save and remove actions, and clicks to official platforms. Events contain only a public title identifier, an action name, a page path, a time, and transformed random browser and session identifiers. They are not linked to your email or order records. A click does not tell us whether you watched a show on another platform. Your drama save list is stored in your browser rather than synchronized to your Nonolu account.
6. Advertising technologies
Where Google ads are shown on Nonolu, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to serve, limit, measure, and personalize advertising in accordance with their policies. You can learn how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services at Google’s partner-sites policy, and manage relevant Google advertising controls through your Google account. Nonolu does not receive or store your full payment-card details from advertising activity.
7. Retention and your choices
We keep account and order records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain licensing records, and meet legal obligations. Aggregated traffic events are retained for up to 90 days. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@nonolu.com. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or licensing purposes.
