These Terms of Service govern your use of Nonolu and your purchase of digital short-drama scripts from us. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. What Nonolu provides

Nonolu offers digital, production-ready short-drama scripts for licensing. Each listing identifies the title, price, format, included materials, and license type. The listing and the order confirmation form part of the agreement for that purchase.

2. Accounts and orders

Access is provided through a password-free sign-in link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure and for providing accurate order information. We may decline or cancel an order where payment cannot be confirmed, the listing contains an obvious error, or the purchase appears fraudulent or unlawful.

3. License and permitted use

Unless a listing says otherwise, a Standard license is non-exclusive and permits you to develop and produce the purchased script. An Exclusive license grants the buyer the exclusive production rights described on that listing after payment is confirmed. All rights not expressly granted remain with Nonolu or the stated rights holder.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share, or sublicense the script files themselves. You must not remove rights notices or represent the underlying script as your own work. Any credit requirement shown on a listing or in the delivered materials must be followed.

4. Payment, delivery, and refunds

Prices are shown in USD unless the checkout displays a supported local currency. Payment processing is provided by Paddle, our merchant-of-record and payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details. After Paddle confirms payment, the licensed files are made available in My orders using a secure download link.

Digital files are delivered immediately after payment confirmation. If you cannot access a paid order, received the wrong file, or believe there has been a billing error, contact us promptly at support@nonolu.com. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Nonolu to infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute unlawful content, or interfere with the site, payment flow, or secure delivery system. You are responsible for securing any approvals, clearances, cast agreements, and production permissions needed for your adaptation.

6. Changes and contact
